PSV is bringing Aston Da Silva Dos Paciencia to PSV Academy. The 17-year-old defender comes over from Luxembourg's Racing FC Union Luxembourg. Aston has signed a contract until mid-2026.
Aston was born in Roosendaal on May 17, 2006, but his football career began on Luxembourg soil. After Young Boys Diekirch, F91 Düdelingen and RFCU Luxembourg, he now lands at PSV. At PSV Campus De Herdgang, he joins the O18. Aston prefers a position in the heart of defense, but can also play as a wing defender.

During the signing moment, Aston was accompanied by his parents, little brother and Jordan Teze. In fact, Aston and Jordan are cousins and that is not the only similarity between the two. "In terms of profile, I also resemble Jordan a bit. Like him, I want to play at Philips Stadium one day, but I look at it step by step. First I want to get as many minutes as possible with the O18 so I can join Psv U21."
Jordan, of course, is mega proud of his nephew Aston. "I'm very happy for him. He has worked hard for it and deserves to be at PSV. I know the Academy better than anyone and know it's a great environment where he can develop into a professional footballer."
