The information on PSV.nl is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any form of republication of (part of) the content of PSV.nl without PSV NV's prior written consent is expressly prohibited.

PSV NV makes every effort to ensure that the information it offers on this site is as complete and accurate as possible, but makes no guarantees in this respect.

PSV NV accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from the use or incompleteness of, or information offered by, PSV.nl in any way whatsoever.

PSV App
When using this application (PSV App), you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. In the Terms and Conditions, "User", "Client", "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person who accesses this application and accepts the Terms and Conditions; "Club", "Company", "Us" and "We" refer to PSV in the Terms and Conditions. Hereinafter, you and we are referred to individually as "Party" and together as "Parties".

Content of the PSV App
We offer, or will offer, a "match center" where Users can follow the matches live, news, as well as various games such as predictions or mini-games within our application for which we reward user participation or/ and answers with in-app points. The number of points can be earned by playing different games in the application. These in-app points in no way have any real monetary value. The PSV App is also used for digital ticketing with personalized tickets.

What do we expect from you when using the PSV App

  • You are the rightful owner of your phone number and email address;

  • You have a valid identification document; a passport, identity card or driver's license and you use the document yourself;

    • You make sure your smartphone, browser, operating system and Internet connection are up to date and secure.For example, by having the latest software updates done;

    • You make sure you only have access to the PSV App yourself;

    • You don't give your smartphone to someone so that person can impersonate you.

What can you expect from us? 

  • Your data is stored securely encrypted on your smartphone;
  • You are in control of your own data;
  • That the app works smoothly, easily and securely.And that should there be an unexpected malfunction, we resolve it quickly;
  • Do you decide to stop using the app and want all your data in the app deleted? You can delete the PSV App at any time.We will delete the data we initially obtained with your consent. Upon deletion of this data you will no longer be able to use the relevant service;
  • We may close your My PSV account. If you do not follow our rules, we always have the right to delete or block your email address without warning.

Liability
The Club assumes no liability of any kind with respect to any direct, indirect, intangible or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising in any way from, but not limited to, (i) defects, viruses or other malfunctions in equipment and other software in connection with access to or use of this application, (ii) the interception, modification or improper use of information transmitted to the Club or to you, (iii) the operation or unavailability of this application, (iv) misuse of this application, (v) the downloading or use of software made available through this application or (vi) claims by third parties in connection with the use of this application.

Intellectual Property.
The texts, images, logos, identity symbols, sounds, animations, videos and other content included in the application are the property of the Club or, in some cases, the Club has the right to use and exploit such content. As a result, these works are protected by applicable national and international laws relating to intellectual and industrial property as in effect at any time. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to fully or partially exploit the contents (text, logo, images, designs, etc.) appearing on the application, as well as to copy, reproduce, adapt, modify or otherwise alter the contents of the application without the prior express and written consent of the Club.

Governing Law
The application and the Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes, claims and all other matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
