PSV takes on Sparta Rotterdam in round eight of the Eredivisie. Prior to the game at Het Kasteel on Sunday, Head Coach Peter Bosz speaks both laudatory and critical of his team.

With seven wins from as many games played, PSV is the frontrunner at the top of the Eredivisie standings. Bosz makes no secret of his satisfaction with his team's start to the season. "Looking at the number of points, our way of playing football and the dominance with which we win games, I am very satisfied," he said. The coach also points out a point for improvement. "We would have liked a better result in the UEFA Champions League."

The eulogy
PSV gave up only two goals in its first seven games this season. Bosz praised his defense, including André Ramalho. "He is a real defender. Both in the air and with the ball at foot, he is powerful. In addition, he has good insight." Noa Lang can also enjoy the necessary compliments from the Head Coach. "He trains hard, is honest, self-critical and caring toward his fellow players. He is the opposite of a difficult player."

Fitness
Regarding the fitness of his team, Peter Bosz midfielder Jerdy Schouten. He had to miss a number of league matches due to injury, but did play again in the European match against Sevilla FC. "He is not yet completely complaint-free, but will be able to play on Sunday," Bosz indicated. "That he has not been included in the Dutch national team selection means he will get extra rest after this weekend." Armando Obispo, already sidelined for some time due to injury, is training with the group again, Bosz says. Sunday's match still comes too early for him.
