Overview | Six PSV players called up for national team

Most players in PSV's A-selection are currently enjoying a well-deserved vacation. For a small group that period of rest is still some way off. Six PSV players will travel to their national teams in the coming weeks to play some international matches.

Oranje
Cody Gakpo and Jordan Teze have been included in the preliminary selection of the Dutch national team by national coach Louis van Gaal. Orange will play practice matches against Belgium, Poland and Wales in the month of June. Gakpo has played four international matches to date, scoring one goal. Teze may make his debut in the upcoming international period.

Belgium Under 21
Belgium's U21 pledges are already qualified for next year's European U21 Championship. Maxime Delanghe has been called up by the national coach for the final qualifying game against Scotland.

Doan & Gutiérrez
Ritsu Doan is part of Japan's 28-man squad. The team will play practice matches against Paraguay and Brazil and take on Ghana in the Kirin Cup semifinals. Érick Gutiérrez has been included in Mexico's selection. His country will play matches against Nigeria, Uruguay, Ecuador, Suriname and Jamaica.

Sangaré
Ibrahim Sangaré will play two matches in the Afrikca Cup qualifying cycle with his native Ivory Coast. On June 3, the team plays a home game against Zambia, six days later the away game in and against Lesotho is scheduled.
