PSV is well on its way to its 25th national title in club history. As an ode to this special achievement, the club is releasing a book in which all championships are reviewed thematically. The championship book is available in a limited edition, so make sure not to miss out.
Glory
"What once brought d'Oude Glorie to glory," PSV's club song reads. Glory that translated into the 25th national title in season 2023-2024. A year in which Head Coach Peter Bosz 's team matched or even broke many records. Along the way, more than a hundred goals were scored, unforgettable matches were set and the Philips Stadium remained impregnable. But this book goes far beyond that. Using interviews and classic photographs, you will be put into a time machine and visit the successes of yesteryear.
Each championship has its own feature, a good reason for author Frans van den Nieuwenhof to also involve some of the main players in the book. "The theme of each championship is central and is illustrated by interviews with PSV promoters. For example, Eindhoveners Harry Lubse and Adrie van Kraaij who became champions with PSV in 1975, 1976 and 1978, the club's breakthrough with Ruud Gullit as captain, but also stars such as Phillip Cocu and Romário. This book is definitely a gift from PSV to its supporters."
