The policy of PSV Foundation is determined by the board in agreement with the manager of the foundation and the management of PSV NV. The board consists of the following board members:

Mr. F.J.A van Eekeren
Since January 2021 board member at PSV Foundation. Frank is a professor of Sport & Society at the Department of Management and Organization Science (USBO) of Utrecht University. Frank specializes in the social significance and organization of sport. Frank fulfills the role of chairman on the board.

Since May 2022 board member at PSV Foundation. Frans serves as Commercial Director at PSV and represents the PSV board in his role as a director.
"As commercial director, I experience daily that PSV is much more than a football club. We play a crucial connecting role and bear a social responsibility. PSV Foundation takes this responsibility seriously and uses our connecting power to support young people. Where we can really make a difference, we do our utmost. I regard the positive impact we have on the next generation as one of our most important tasks."
Mrs. A.E.W. van Limpt
A board member of PSV Foundation since November 2022. Marion is employed as general manager at Senzer. Marion fulfills the role of treasurer on the board.
"Sports is a wonderful entry point to find and connect people. PSV Foundation is committed to combating social divisions and focuses specifically on young people who do not find their way in society by themselves. A club that touches many people and with its great network of sponsors and involved organizations, PSV Foundation can really make a difference. So we all contribute, from our own perspective and our own strengths. As a collective, because, as they say at PSV, "Unity makes power".
