PSV plays its first TOTO KNVB Cup clash of the season on Wednesday night. Peter Bosz looks ahead to the catch-up game with FC Twente, which may see one player return from injury.

"We want to win everything there is to win," Bosz said. He is with PSV in three competitions and also wants to perform in the TOTO KNVB Cup. "We expressed it to each other at the beginning of the season and the Cup is definitely part of that. Our focus for now is completely on this tournament, we take it extremely seriously." The coach may have Hirving Lozano available again , who seems to have recovered from injury. "Last week he trained regularly and that looks good. Only if it also goes well today will I select him for the match."

Praise for opponent
Wednesday's opponent, FC Twente, currently occupies third place in the Eredivisie rankings. Peter Bosz looks with admiration at his fellow coach Joseph Oosting, with whom he worked during his time at Vitesse. "I think it's great to see how he succeeded Ron Jans, that's not just something. If you see how they are playing now, you deserve compliments."

Learned from mistakes
Before the game at the Philips Stadium, the coach remains sober under the good shape his team is in now. Slacking off could be fatal, he points out. "We have to do it ourselves; play under the pressure. Every team can be dangerous if you are not sharp yourself. Look for example at our last quarter against Excelsior Rotterdam, when we were very sloppy. We learned the necessary lessons from that, which we will take with us to Wednesday."
