The Dutch defender from Deurne started at PSV Women when she was seventeen and grew into a fixture in the heart of the defense there, with more than a hundred matches and a KNVB Cup behind her name. She made her debut for the Oranje in 2019, before making the switch to Chelsea in 2021. With the London club, she won both the league and the cup, and played on a rental basis for AC Milan and Crystal Palace. This summer, Aniek returned to PSV, where she signed until mid-2028 and will join the selection as an experienced force.
