Ismael is one of many talented players to come through the club's youth academy. He made his professional debut for Jong PSV in 2020. After two seasons with the reserve team, Ruud van Nistelrooij promoted him to the first selection, where he gradually earned more playing time.
Ismael is now a Moroccan international and demonstrates his qualities as a powerhouse in PSV's midfield every week.
