Ismael is one of many talents from the club's own youth academy. In 2020 he made his debut in professional football with PSV U21. After two seasons with the promising team, he was transferred to the A-selection by Ruud van Nistelrooij, where he gradually got more and more minutes played.

Ismael is now a Moroccan international and demonstrates his qualities as a powerhouse in PSV's midfield every week.
