Dennis Man joined in the summer of 2025 from Parma Calcio 1913, where he had played for four and a half years. During that period, he played 142 official matches, scoring 28 goals and providing 17 assists. Since his debut in 2018, Dennis has become a regular fixture in the Romanian selection. He also played in the 2024 European Championship in Germany.

Dennis is a creative and technically proficient outside player. At PSV, he is the replacement for Johan Bakayoko, who left for RB Leipzig.
