Starting with the 2025-2026 season, PSV Women will be sponsored by a collection of companies under one common banner: Fe+male Tech Heroes. The consortium consists of Cisco, Driessen Group, Heijmans, High Tech Campus Eindhoven, Mansveld Techniek, Simac and Tibo-Veen. Together with PSV, they are taking up the challenge to interest and recruit more (female) tech talent.

PSV is thus creating a new ecosystem that, like the Brainport Eindhoven Metropolitan Region, unites companies on the chest of the shirt. Together with PSV, these seven companies want to stimulate the influx of tech talent in the region to the industry. An important addition is that TU/e and Summa are also backing the partnership. High Tech Campus Eindhoven established Fe+male Tech Heroes in 2019, with the aim of promoting diversity and inclusion in the technology sector. From 2022 through the current season, HTCE acted as the main sponsor of PSV Women. The move to the collective underscores their continued commitment to the development of women within both sports and technology.

Double sponsorship revenue
In recent years, thanks to targeted investments in talent development, professional coaching and improved facilities, PSV Women has managed to distinguish itself as an attractive club for both young talents and experienced players. The club's growing focus on women's football reflects a broader trend in the sport and underlines PSV's ambition to be among the top clubs in the Netherlands in women's football as well. With Fe+male Tech Heroes as the main sponsor, the ambitions will be further strengthened as the sponsorship income doubles.

Commercial Director Frans Janssen is immensely proud that with Fe+male Tech Heroes another collective of companies is rallying behind a greater cause through PSV. "This is a wonderful deal for women's football as a whole. At the same time, it illustrates the strength of the Brainport region. When in 2019 in men's football the traditional sponsorship concept gave way to a unique and innovative collaboration for the first time in sports history, I did not dare dream that we would achieve this again. But it turned out to be a great success, a hit. I am very excited that with this we can now also push our women's branch to an even higher level."

Belief in women's football
Manager Women's Football Sandra Doreleijers speaks of a big step for PSV's women's branch. "I have a big compliment to our colleagues from Partnerships, who have realized the same construction as with the men. The value this represents is enormous. It also shows the commitment of our regional partners, who believe in female talent and are willing to invest in this project. I am convinced that this collaboration will be a great success."
