18-year-old Joel Ndala will play for PSV on a rental basis next season. The eleven-time England Under-18 international is rented from Manchester City. PSV has the option at the end of the season to take over Joel, who joins Young PSV, permanently.

Joel Tshisanga Ndala can play in several attacking positions, but usually plays as a left winger. The young Englishman was formerly a youth player at Port Vale until he made the move to the Manchester City Academy in 2017. There he grabbed the national title with several youth teams. In 2023-2024 he was active in the Premier League 2, the UEFA Youth League and the FA Youth Cup.

Joel very consciously chooses PSV. "The whole picture is right," he believes. "The plan, the expectations and the opportunities to live up to those expectations. That's why, apart from being a big club, PSV quickly had an edge over the other options."

The Englishman describes his characteristics, which PSV fell for. "I am technical, fast, direct and can score goals," he knows. Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, Technical Manager of Young PSV, agrees. "Joel is an extremely talented player. We are happy that he believes in our plan. He is a versatile player, who with his speed and technique fits very well in Dutch football," Vennegoor of Hesselink said.
