Fedde Leysen is leaving PSV for Belgium's Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. As of July 1, the 19-year-old defender's contract expires. After that, he will join the number three from the Pro League free of charge.
Fedde came to PSV Academy in 2020 and made his debut for PSV U21 in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie that same year. He grew to become a regular in the defense of the promising team, where he was drafted as a central defender or left wing defender. In total he played 53 league games for PSV U21. In those games he scored five goals.
International success
Last season, the Belgian defender was part of the team that won the Premier League International Cup. In addition, the Belgian defender was regularly on the bench with the main squad. However, it did not come to a debut. PSV wishes Fedde all the best with the continuation of his career.
