PSV has signed youth player Liam van Nistelrooij for three years. The center striker of PSV O17 has a contract until mid-2028. Liam is the son of former PSV player and head coach Ruud van Nistelrooij.
Liam began his PSV career in 2017 with the O10. The seventeen-year-old striker now plays with PSV O17, where he has already scored 20 goals in 30 matches this season. He has a nose for the goal and the instinct to be in the right place at the right time. In addition, penalties are invariably entrusted to him. He is also known as a player with game intelligence and leadership qualities.
PSV O17 is still competing on all fronts. Coach Pieter Schrassert Bert's team became champions in the fall and can become overall champions by either taking the spring title or winning the final match. The team is also in the final of the cup.
