Sergiño Dest suffered what appears to be a serious knee injury during Saturday's training session. How long the winger will be sidelined is still being investigated. That it will be an extended period is almost certain.
The 23-year-old Sergiño has been rented from FC Barcelona since August 2023. Since then he grew to become an important force in Peter Bosz. The American international has played 37 official matches for PSV so far. In those, he scored two goals and was the originator of seven goals.
