Eric Gerets and Adrie van Kraaij will be immortalized in the Walk of Fame. Their tiles will be unveiled by PSV General Director Marcel Brands prior to the game with RKC Waalwijk.

Eric Gerets (70) and Adrie van Kraaij (71) thus receive a fitting tribute to their PSV oeuvre. Both were active for PSV both during and after their playing careers. The new tiles will be laid in front of the South Stand of the Philips Stadium.

Eric Gerets
Belgian Eric Gerets played 255 games for PSV 1 from 1985 to 1992, and in many of them he wore the captain's armband. During his time as a PSV football player, he won the European Cup I, became national champion six times and won the KNVB Cup three times. In 1999, he returned as head coach. In that capacity, he won the Eredivisie twice and the Johan Cruijff Schaal twice.

Adrie van Kraaij
Eindhoven-born Adrie van Kraaij played no less than 391 games for PSV 1 from 1971-1982, in which he won the UEFA Cup, three national titles and two KNVB Cups. Van Kraaij returned to PSV after his career as a scout, and was also technical manager for a short period.

Walk of Fame
The Walk of Fame is a gift from Energiedirect to the club and its supporters. There are currently 19 tiles with foot or handprints of PSV legends at Philips Stadium. The Walk of Fame was opened in 2022 during the PSV FANdag. The tiles recall the greatest PSV players, such as Romário, Berry van Aerle, Hans van Breukelen, Phillip Cocu, Luc Nilis and Willy van der Kuijlen.
