Oranje
The Dutch national team played its second match in the UEFA Nations League against Serbia on Sunday evening. Ruben van Bommel came on as a substitute in the 16th minute after Cody Gakpo was forced to leave the game. Guus Til came on in the 66th minute and played a key role with an assist to Mexx Meerdink, who scored the winning goal to make it 1–2.
Brazil
Brazil has played the first of two friendly matches against Australia. The match ended in a 1–1 draw. Mauro Júnior came on as a substitute in the 76th minute, making his debut for his country. Mauro earned a corner kick, from which Brazil eventually scored the equalizer.
Romania
The Romanian national football team played its second match in the UEFA Nations League on Friday evening. Dennis Man found the back of the net in this match and scored the equalizer against Sweden. Just before halftime, Romania saw the Swedish team tie the game and go on to win 2–1.
Curaçao
The Blue Wave played against Nicaragua on Sunday evening in the CONCACAF Nations League and won the match 6–1. PSV U21’s Kyano Penso made his debut in this match and provided an assist. Armando Obispo did not see any playing time in this match.
Croatia
Ivan Perišić played with the Croatian national football team on Saturday evening in the first round of the UEFA Nations League against the Czech Republic, where they won 1–2. Perišić played the full 90 minutes and recorded an assist.
Austria
Paul Wanner started in the starting lineup on Sunday evening against Kosovo in the second matchday of the UEFA Nations League. Austria won the match 3–1.
Serbia
Filip Kostić faced the Dutch national team on Sunday evening in the second round of the UEFA Nations League. He came on as a substitute in the 70th minute. The Dutch national team won the match 1–2. This coming Sunday, the Serbian national football team will visit the “ Philips ” Stadium.
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Bosnia and Herzegovina faced Poland (0–0) on Friday evening in the first round of the UEFA Nations League. Esmir Bajraktarević played the entire match.
Cape Verde
Cape Verde played against Mali on Friday evening in a qualifying match for the African Championship, where Ayoni Santos came on in the 86th minute.
Belgium U21
Belgium U21 played a match against their Belarusian counterparts on Thursday evening in the European Championship qualifiers. The team won 1–0 and thereby qualified. Noah Fernandez was substituted into the game in the 78th minute.
Netherlands U19
The Netherlands U19 played a friendly match against Belgium U19 on Thursday evening. Fabian Merién was guaranteed a starting spot. The match ended in a 1–1 tie.
