PSV Women will play Friday night against sc Heerenveen at PSV Campus De Herdgang. In addition, the women's team is hosting dozens of prize winners from amateur sports courtesy of sponsors Louis Verwimp, GOED, Van Uffelen Mode and GebouwService Zuid.
PSV Women won the first meeting with the Frisian team 4-0 at home. In Heerenveen they won narrowly 1-0. For the third meeting in the Pure Energie Eredivisie Women, PSV Women will be supported with extra support from the amateur teams from the stands. At sc Heerenveen new addition Chimera Ripa will be in action, who makes the switch to Eindhoven from July 1.
Coach Rick de Rooij expects his team to start eagerly, "We had a good preparation. I expect an attacking PSV. A team that wants to dominate on the ball and create a lot of chances." De Rooij will not be able to call on the injured Laura Strik and Maxime Snellenberg in his matchday squad. Melanie Bross and Jeslynn Kuijpers return to PSV Women after slight complaints.
