Along with Metropoolregio Brainport Eindhoven, PSV will run a stand at the 2019 Talent Land. The educational and technological show takes place in Guadalajara with the aim to inform Tech&IT-talented youngsters of the huge possibilities to study and work in the Brainport region.

Brainport
Talent Land Guadalajara expects to welcome 30,000 youths and young professionals from all over Mexico, whom they will give information about global career prospects. The world’s largest tech companies will try to attract top young talent for a career abroad at the five-day education and tech show, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Running the stand, with testing and developing as central theme, PSV and Metropoolregio Brainport Eindhoven will attempt to get attention for one of the smartest regions in the world. The aim is to arouse interest with students and young professionals for the unlimited possibilities here, both for training and work.

Magnet
“It perfectly fits the story behind the Premium Partnership and the role that we want to play in the Brainport region”, explains PSV’s Commercial Manager Frans Janssen. “Attracting people to this region is one of the cornerstones of the collaboration with our business partners. We are convinced that the name and reputation of PSV in Mexico will act as a magnet on the Brainport region. Running our own stand, we will be able to help our partners straightaway.”

Delegates
PSV and Metropoolregio Brainport Eindhoven have opted to make use of the metaphor of football at the PSV stand, where people will be given an opportunity to test their football skills both on site and online by playing FIFA against esports player Stefano Pinna, who is world champion on PS4. They will also be able, by means of VR applications, to have a look inside the Philips Stadion and leave their ideas for the stadium of the future. The person who has launched the best idea will be invited to fly to Eindhoven to pitch his innovative plan. Premium Partner Philips delegates will also be at the stand in Guadalajara, along with delegates of ASML, one of the other partners.
