Tournament application

Each season the PSV Youth Academy attends more than seventy tournaments of the 350 tournament possibilities that we receive. Applications for participation in tournaments can be submitted by filling out the form below. Only requests submitted through this form will be considered.

If a PSV team is interested in participating in your tournament, contact will be made with the organization to discuss the desired criteria from PSV and make a final decision.
