Donyell Malen, Jeroen Zoet and Denzel Dumfries are with the Netherlands squad to face Germany on Friday and then Estonia on Monday in two European Championship qualifying games. Steven Bergwijn has pulled out of the Netherlands squad after he sustained an injury during PSV’s 3-1 win over RKC Waalwijk.

Summer signing Ritsu Doan has linked up with the Japan squad for two international friendlies against Paraguay and Myanmar. Érick Gutiérrez is with the Mexico squad and Michal Sadílek got a call-up for the Czech U21 side. Mauro Júnior, on loan from PSV at Heracles Almelo this season, is with Brazil U21 while Cody Gakpo is part of the Netherlands U21 squad.

PSV also see U21 players depart for international duty this week. PSV U21 have three players with the Netherlands U20s this week. Mike van de Meulenhof is joined by his team-mate Jordan Teze and by Joël Piroe, on loan at Sparta Rotterdam, and Armando Obispo, on loan at Vitesse. Dante Rigo, on loan at Sparta, is with the Belgium U21 squad. Amar Catic, who made his Europa League debut for PSV last week, is in the Bosnia and Herzegovina U21 squad. Chris Gloster has received his first call-up to the USA U23 squad.

A large number of PSV U19 players will also be away on international duty to represent their countries. Damian Timan, Dennis Vos and Mees Krekels join the Netherlands U19 squad to play international friendlies against their Italian and Portuguese counterparts, with Shurandy Sambo and Nigel Thomas on the stand-by list. Djenairo Daniels and Joost de Schutter will take part in a tournament with Netherlands U18 against the U18 sides of Denmark, Mexico and the USA. Jeremy Antonisse and Nigel Lonwijk are on the stand-by list for this tournament. Norway U19 players Mathias Kjølø and Fredrik Oppegard face Denmark in a four-nations tournament. Emmanuel Matuta La Nkenda Nosa is with Belgium U18 and Noni Madueke is with England U18. Two PSV U19 players, Yorbe Vertessen and Maxime Delanghe have been called up to the Belgium U19 squad.
