PSV play host to AZ in their last Eredivisie game of 2018 at the Philips Stadion. Head coach Mark van Bommel has made two enforced changes from the team that beat Heracles 4-0 last weekend.

Pereiro and Isimat
Pablo Rosario received a fifth booking in Almelo and misses tonight’s clash with AZ through  suspension and Gastón Pereiro replaces the midfielder in the starting line-up.  The Uruguayan joins a midfield that also includes Jorrit Hendrix and Érick Gutiérrez. Daniel Schwaab has not been called up to the match squad. Nicolas Isimat deputises for the German in the heart of defence. Before the game kicks off, Steven Bergwijn will be honoured for having made 100 appearances in all games for PSV. Referee Pol van Boekel has been chosen to take charge of the game that kicks off at 19.45
