De Haas sent off
Uneken made two half-time changes, introducing Ledezma and Daverveld for Ihattaren and Teze. A resilient ten-man PSV U21 side were made to defend deeply and held out for a draw. Aboukhlal had another chance but the winger could not put the ball into the net, while Toni Lato made a late goalline clearance to rescue a point for his side.
