PSV have signed goalkeeper Roy Steur on a two-and-a-half year deal. The 17-year-old joins PSV from Bayer Leverkusen.
Steur was an emerging talent in the Ajax Academy before he made a move to Germany. The goalkeeper, who turns 18 in February, has already been called up to the Netherlands U18 squad a number of times. The young shot stopper continues his career in his home land after an eighteen-month spell in Germany.
Steur, born and raised in Volendam, had his first training with the PSV U21 squad on Monday. He has put pen to paper on a contract that runs until 1 July 2025.
