Simon Poulsen´s reaction
“It’s a great opportunity for me to be offered a contract by the Eredivisie champions and play at the Philips Stadion in Eindhoven”, told Poulsen PSV TV. “I would like to play my part for PSV in winning the league title next season. I will give my all and I hope I will be given a chance to shine here”, said the Dane.
Marcel Brands´ reaction
“Abel Tamata will leave PSV at the end of the season and we have now strengthened our defensive options with the signing of Poulsen. He is very experienced player and will provide great cover for Jetro Willems and play a positive role in the squad. He has been in the Netherlands for quite some time and has a perfect command of the language”, said Brands, speaking to PSV TV. “When we approached him for this role with PSV, he was immediately very enthusiastic and we wasted no time in offering him a contract.”
