Jong PSV record a fine 1-2 victory at RKC

Jong PSV have returned to winning ways. After suffering defeat at home to VVV Venlo, Pascal Jansen’s team recorded a fine 1-2 victory at RKC Waalwijk on Saturday night.

Bergwijn and Vloet
After a goalless first half and a rather uneventful first part of the second half, the match was sparked into life. Steven Bergwijn broke the deadlock in the Mandemakers Stadion and Rai Vloet doubled the lead in injury time. Steef Nieuwendaal pulled one back for the home side but Jong PSV took all three points. Following their 1-2 away win in the Jupiler League, Pascal Jansen´s team  climbed into third place.
