Hendrix returns to starting XI

Jorrit Hendrix returns to PSV’s starting XI when they take on Apollon Limassol in the second leg of the Europa League playoffs. The experienced player, who has made more than 200 appearances for PSV so far, gets the nod in midfield, as PSV look to defend a 3-0 lead from the first leg in Eindhoven.

Injuries
Several PSV players miss the clash with Apollon Limassol  due to injuries. 17-year-old Noni Madueke receives his first call-up to the senior squad. He is on the bench, along with, among other players, Greek striker Konstantinos Mitroglou. Referee William Collum from Scotland has been selected to officiate the game in the GPS Stadium in Nicosia. Kick-off is at 19.00CET.
