Derrick Luckassen leaves PSV after five seasons. The 27-year-old defender joins Maccabi Tel Aviv on a permanent deal. Luckassen was last called up to the PSV squad on Sunday 28 August to face Excelsior.
Luckkassen joined PSV in 2017
Derrickt Luckkassen joined PSV from AZ in the summer of 2017. He won the Eredivisie title and also lifted the Johan Cruijff Shield. He spent the last four seasons on loan with Hertha BSC, RSC Anderlecht and the Turkish sides Kasimpasa and Karagümrük. Luckassen scored one goal for PSV in 25 appearances.
