Overview
Procedure Away Points
To ensure our regular supporters are not disadvantaged for away matches, ticket sales for PSV away matches are based on a points system. This takes into account the number of available tickets and the number of away points of registered PSV Away Card holders.
Priority System
- For each away match, 10% of the tickets are set aside. This 10% is divided into 2 groups:
- Supporters with 6 away points up to 1 point below the priority group (5%). For example: if the priority group requires 40 away points, 5% of the tickets are available for supporters with 6 to 39 away points.
- Supporters with 0-5 away points (5%). For these two groups, a queue system is used to ensure fair chances, and a maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per order.
- All tickets not sold through the priority system are additionally available for the 10% allocation. This is divided between both groups: 90% for supporters with 6 or more away points, and 10% for supporters with 0–5 away points. In general, two-thirds are sold during the priority sale.
- In case you cannot attend, you can cancel or transfer your ticket as long as sales are still open. Note: Transfers can only be made to someone within the same priority group.
No show at away matches
If you are unexpectedly unavailable, please cancel your ticket at PSV Ticket Sales no later than 3 working days before the match. PSV can then resell your ticket.
The first time no show without cancellation, you will receive a warning.
At the second time no show, the supporter loses one exit point.
Loyalty points
After visiting an away game, away points are automatically awarded by the system. In your profile you can see how many away points you have accumulated.
For away matches in the VriendenLoterij Eredivisie and TOTO KNVB Cup, you receive 1 away point. For European away matches, you receive 2 away points.
Validity of Away Points
Away points accumulated by attending away matches are valid for 5 seasons.
