As a promising youth player of sc Heerenveen, Tygo Land received offers from several clubs, but the young midfielder only wanted to swap Friesland for PSV. And so it happened. After several years in the youth academy, he made his official debut for the main squad on August 12, 2023. Unlike usual, he came into action for PSV 1 rather than for Young PSV.

In the main squad he has to compete with seasoned midfielders. That is why Tygo gains weekly experience at Young PSV. There he shows himself as a technically gifted midfielder with a beautiful dribble.
