Between 2008 and 2016, Shanice already played 154 matches In the Eredivisie. At the time, the attacker played for FC Utrecht, sc Heerenveen and FC Twente. Then followed an impressive foreign career with Liverpool FC, Olympique Lyon and VfL Wolfsburg. With Lyon she experienced her greatest club successes. Among other things, she won the UEFA Women's Champions League there three times. In the final on May 28, 2018, she substituted during the extension when they were trailing 1-0.
