Melanie Bross took her first steps toward a professional career at CTO Zuid, a training program that is now fully integrated into the women's branch of PSV. She made her professional debut in the 2016-2017 season at Achilles '29. After two successful years in Groesbeek, a move to sc Heerenveen followed, where PSV managed to bring her in in the summer of 2020. In her first season in Eindhoven, Melanie immediately wrote history: with the team she conquered the TOTO KNVB Cup, the very first prize in PSV Women's history.

Meanwhile, Melanie has become the long-serving selection player and third captain. She is also the only one who has been part of all PSV Women's European campaigns.
