Janice Cayman played at the highest level in England, France, Belgium and the United States. She played for Olympique Lyon, Montpellier, OH Leuven, Paris FC and Western New York Flash, among others. With the latter club, Janice won her first national title. At Lyon, she won the most awards: UEFA Women's Champions League twice, the national title twice, the cup twice and the Super Cup once.

Since 2023, Janice played for Leicester City, where she was the captain. Janice is particularly multifunctional. During her career, she also played in midfield as well as up front. In 170 duels for the Belgian Red Flames, she scored 49 times. In 2017, she even did so four times in one game against Moldova.
