Fenna began her professional career at sc Heerenveen, then played for FC Twente where she twice became top scorer of the Eredivisie, and then made the move to VfL Wolfsburg. The 25-year-old striker made her debut for the Orange Lionesses in 2022. Fenna is considered a true attacking leader and can convert half chances into goals.

In the winter of 2025, Fenna signed with PSV until mid-2028. Six days after her arrival, she made her debut against FC Twente.
