PSV Women have qualified for the quarterfinals of the TOTO KNVB Cup. During the draw, the A-selection was paired with their own pledge team, which was defeated 7-0. Fenna Kalma accounted for almost half of the goal production with a hat-trick.
In the first ten minutes of the game, Young PSV Women managed to hold firm, but then things moved quickly. In the twelfth, thirteenth and sixteenth minute they scored. Especially the third goal, scored by Nina Nijstad, was one to remember. The midfielder volleyed the ball into the net from outside the sixteen.
In the second half, the pledge team offered more resistance and some chances were created for an honorary goal. However, they did not score. However, Fenna Kalma completed her hat-trick, and Joëlle Smits put herself on the scoreboard in extra time.

The duel between PSV Women and Young PSV Women was the first match in the eighth finals. Saturday another top match in the cup tournament is scheduled: Ajax against FC Twente.
