PSV suffered a 2-1 defeat at Feyenoord thanks to two goals by Anass Achahbar. Memphis scored the tying goal, but in the end it was not enough.
Maher hits the crossbar
PSV had a narrow escape in the first minute when Immers shot wide from close range. Manu crossed for Immers from the left, but Immers missed with Jeroen Zoet. A minute later Feyenoord had another big chance, but Zoet saved Achahbar's effort. There were no real chances and PSV took control of the game. That immediately led to a great chance for Memphis. He dribbled into the penalty area and shot hard and low into the short corner. Feyenoord goalkeeper Vermeer managed to pinch the ball in the second half. PSV went closest to a goal seven minutes before halftime. Adam Maher shot at goal from a deflected corner, but his effort hit the bar. The last opportunity before the break was for Feyenoord. Zoet easily beat Achahbar's low shot.

Achahbar hits two goals
While the goals did not come in the first half, they did come in the second. Feyenoord took the lead after 15 minutes through Achahbar, who beat Zoet with a half-strike. About five minutes later, the young striker scored again. From the left side of the penalty area he shot in with a fine effort: 2-0. Memphis, who had missed a great opportunity between Feyenoord's goals, brought PSV back into the game. With an effort from distance he aimed at the long corner: 2-1. PSV still had more than twenty minutes to get back on level terms and Phillip Cocu's team had opportunities to do so. Jürgen Locadia shot wide and Luuk de Jong headed over from a free kick by Jetro Willems. Feyenoord were closest to a goal in the closing stages, but twice the ball did not go in. PSV went on the attack in five minutes of injury time, but failed to score. As a result, it remained 2-1 and PSV suffered its second defeat of 2015.
