The league match against Go Ahead Eagles has been rescheduled for September 27. The game was scheduled for Aug. 26, but because PSV can qualify for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League that week, the KNVB decided to reschedule the game.
PSV will play the outgoing game at Ibrox Stadium on Aug. 22 and the return is scheduled for Aug. 30 at Philips Stadium. The winner of the duel will qualify for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. This is so important for PSV and Dutch football that the KNVB has agreed to move the match against Go Ahead Eagles.
