Pascal Jansen is the trainer/coach of Young PSV for the next two seasons. In the presence of technical manager Marcel Brands, head of youth training Art Langeler and his family, he signed a two-year contract.
Jansen happy with confidence from PSV
In front of PSV TV's camera, Jansen said he feels in place at PSV. "That PSV has asked me to train Young PSV does me very well. I feel like a fish in the water at this club," said Jansen, who hopes to match Kalezic's achievements. "All praise is for Darije, he has more than got the maximum out of the team and the players. His achievements and developments are also my goal. And where we can we will sharpen and improve them," Jansen concluded.

Shifts within PSV
Jansen succeeds Darije Kalezic, who has been at the helm of Young PSV for the past two seasons. Under Kalezic, Young PSV finished tenth and fourteenth the past two seasons. Jansen has been trainer of PSV O19 for two seasons and was previously head of youth training at Sparta Rotterdam and Vitesse, among others. "PSV has indicated they want to invest in youth and youth trainers in the coming years. That I can make the step to professional football as a youth coach is an honor," Jansen said.
