'Stolen victory' was not in it
The Eindhovens Dagblad looks back on PSV's draw in the Amsterdam ArenA against Ajax (1-1). According to the newspaper, PSV were on their backs for a long time in the topper, but "PSV focused after a strong phase by Ajax and even seemed to be on their way to more after De Jong's 1-1. Spaces and chances arose, but a 'stolen victory' was not in the cards.
'We should be happy '
Further on, the ED interviews Luuk de Jong, who says he is happy for his brother Siem. Because Siem scored against his old club, PSV took a point. Luuk: "That's wonderful for him. We already had a few opportunities. That Siem is then the one who does it is very special." About the title race, Luuk is hopeful: "It's far from over. Of course you'd rather win here, but we should be happy."
'Different to score against Ajax '
Siem himself spoke to the Algemeen Dagblad, among others. He talks about whether or not he cheered after his goal: "Of course it's special to score against Ajax and then also in the ArenA. I just did what first came to mind: walk up to Gastón Pereiro and thank him for the pass. I actually always do that with whoever serves me, so I guess it didn't look contrived or anything."
'They did not play football in the first half
At the table at Studio Voetbal, there was nevertheless criticism of PSV's style of play. Youri Mulder even called the team "the disappointment" of the first half of the season. "PSV has been weak all season," Arno Vermeulen said. "They still rely too much on those two titles. It's mainly a mental story. But maybe something can be done about that in the winter break. Then they can start getting a lot of points again." Against Ajax, according to Vermeulen, PSV played with too little guts. "They didn't play football in the first half. Maybe had one chance. That's way too thin for PSV. There would have been more to get out of it if they had been a little bolder. You saw that in the closing stages."
'Narsingh possibly to Swansea '
The Eindhovens Dagblad reports that British Swansea City have applied for Luciano Narsingh. PSV's striker has not yet officially received an offer from PSV, but according to the newspaper, the Welsh club has reported to agent Mino Raiola. Narsingh should cost around five million euros, according to the ED.

The Brazilian played in Eindhoven from 2004 to 2007 and won a place in the hearts of PSV fans.
