PSV - Ajax is already casting its shadow ahead, but tonight (Friday) first the young version of the topper will be played in Amsterdam. At De Toekomst, Young PSV will play at 8 p.m. against Jong Ajax. Among others Adam Maher, Steven Bergwijn, Menno Koch, Luuk Koopmans and Jordy de Wijs - who was with the PSV squad in Madrid last week - join Pascal Jansen's selection.
Series
Psv U21 stood their ground against Telstar with ten men a week ago. Last Monday followed a win at Helmond Sport and that might be the start of another strong series for Young PSV. To set up a series, they will have to win tonight against Ajax. The Amsterdam pledges are in eighth place in the Jupiler League, two places and three points above Young PSV.
Spectacular draw
Earlier this season the two teams played a spectacular draw. In Eindhoven, it turned out to be 3-3. For a minute, Young PSV seemed on their way to losing, but a goal by Moussa Sanoh, fifteen minutes before time decided otherwise. Jong Ajax - Young PSV can be followed via @PSV on Twitter, Snapchat (psvofficial) and a summary will follow later on SBS6.
