Head coach Phillip Cocu looked very satisfied at the press conference after the 0-3 win over Go Ahead Eagles. He praised PSV's play, especially that of the first half.

Cocu compliments PSV
"I thought we started the match excellently and played a great first half," Cocu said. "We were keen for a result, we wanted to give a good reaction to the defeat against Ajax. We showed that clearly in the first half. We put good attacks on the mat and at the back we gave nothing away. In the second half there was an intention to keep going like that, but because of the score the team went down a gear. In the end, I am very satisfied with my team's performance. A fine victory and an important win. The compliments are for my team," Cocu concluded.

Go Ahead anxious according to Booy
"It's about starting the game with every intention," head coach Foeke Booy began. "If you start in the first half as you do in the second half, it is possible to make a game out of it. We didn't do that and PSV came through far too easily. PSV has an excellent team and you can lose to them. However, the way we did it was not something to be happy about. We were far too anxious. The game was already lost in the first half," Booy concluded.
