PSV will play AS Monaco in the third qualifying round for the UEFA Champions League. The first match is on Aug. 2 or 3 in France. A week later, on Aug. 9 is the return in Eindhoven.
Path to the main tournament
PSV must survive two rounds to enter the group stage of the Champions League in September. If head coach Ruud van Nistelrooij's team beats AS Monaco in the third qualifying round, the playoff for the group stage awaits in mid and late August. The opponent in that is not known at this time.
