PSV had much more ball possession over the entire match. However, the team did not create many chances. NAC made the playing field very small and PSV had trouble with that. NAC made it 1-0 after putting pressure on PSV's build-up, after which Cody Gakpo made it 1-1 with a brilliant move. All this happened in the first half. In the 2nd half, PSV went on the hunt for the win but failed. They also created too few opportunities.
