  1. Match report

In the first home match of the autumn competition, PSV C2 did not yet taste the sweetness of victory. Against a well-performing VVV C2 it was 0-0. The positive points of today were:
    - At the back they kept the zero
    - The first league point was won
    - Many good chances were created
    - They fought for every meter
PSV C2 started well and VVV C2 were immediately put with their backs against the wall. A number of 100% chances were created, which unfortunately did not yield the deserved lead. VVV C2 did not shy away from the attack and Joep van Vroenhoven had his hands and feet full on the for him strange left back position (instead of the injured Sander Heesakkers) to the handy and fast right outside player of VVV (Nilis...).
In the second half, PSV C2 remained supreme and hunted with all their might for the deserved goal. Outperformer Sven van de Kerkhof toiled and plowed as hard as he could, and the rest of the team followed him wholeheartedly. However, it was VVV C2 that went closest to a goal through Nilis deep in the second half. Fortunately, the ball went just wide of the goal defended by Jeroen Meurs. PSV C2 kept pressing and had a chance to win just before time, which unfortunately was not taken. The players of PSV C2 were seriously disappointed with the result, but with this passion and commitment they will certainly succeed in the coming matches to book some victories.
