Solid match against number 2 UNA: 7-0

Last Saturday was a beautiful autumn day, ideal football weather. Unfortunately, for reasons that are not entirely clear, UNA was unable to field a team. So this topper between the two unbeaten leaders in the group was moved to a cold Thursday evening at our boys' training time.

This time, UNA not only had a team, but also a large group of fans.
From the start, the PSV boys followed Coach Willem's instruction to play the ball around quickly. UNA tried to intercept with a lot of effort, but when they managed to intercept the ball, the Veldhoven players had little chance to do anything with it.

In the beginning of the second half PSV was a little less fierce and UNA came into PSV's half a few times, but there was no shot on goal. Goalkeeper Robin had nothing to do apart from a back pass. He was in good company with the UNA striker, who waited in vain far into the opponent's half for a possible counter opportunity.
After a halftime score of 3-0, it eventually became 7-0. Almost all of them were nicely constructed goals. All in all, not a game of frivolous solos, but of fine teamwork in a very solid match. A match that just never got the character of a championship match, which would have been nice anyway.
