Early in the game PSV took the lead through Joep who was able to intercept a too softly played back ball to the goalkeeper and tap the ball in himself 0-1. Five minutes later Jesse shot hard at goal, in the rebound Joep was in the right place to finish off 0-2. After fifteen minutes PSV got a corner kick which was taken excellently by Nassim. From this Joep could stylishly head his hat-trick 0-3. Just before half time Dylan played a beautiful pass to Joep. Joep shot the ball with his left leg into the top right corner 0-4. Nice goal.

Also after halftime PSV was the better team and put the opponent under pressure again. But the opponent continued to play well despite the deficit. Wodan got some chances but did not score. After 8 minutes in the second half, Deveron played a cross pass to Martijn who accelerated to the goal and shot 0-5. After 40 minutes the Wodan defense was outplayed by a nice combination between Jesper and Martijn. Jesper was able to score 0-6 from close range. Less than a minute later Wodan got their deserved tying goal. Weak defense by PSV allowed them to work the ball into our goal 1-6 from close range. Shortly before time Wodan determined the final score with a good combination followed by a good shot 2-6.

PSV played fantastic this match. The coach's instructions were well executed, worked hard and combined beautifully. Compliments for that. A deserved victory for PSV.
