    The report

After last week's fine victory, the home game against Fortuna Sittard was on the program today. Due to some injuries there were a few different names on the field. PSV started very strongly and immediately showed what they wanted today. Namely three points.

Despite PSV being the better side not many chances arose. After fifteen minutes the score was still 0-0 after some nice actions by Mo and some good passing moves by Jasper. Shi-jon also passed well on the right side and played Mo free. He was able to touch down in the sixteen yard area and unfortunately shot straight into the hands of the goalkeeper. In the 21st minute the first goal of the match fell. After a good conquest in midfield, Jasper got the ball in at thirty meters from the goal. He had a good action in his legs and played past three Fortuna guys. Even when he came face to face with the goalie he stayed cool and slid the deserved 1-0 lead in.

After 31 minutes Jaivy got past his man with a nice action and passed the ball directly to Jasper. But in the nick of time his effort was tipped over the goal by the Fortuna goalkeeper. After this there were still small opportunities, but neither side scored in the first half.

PSV immediately went looking for the second goal in the second half. Rising left back Deveron got the ball from midfield and passed it well. Milan took the ball technically with his chest and slid the ball nicely past the goalkeeper into the goal, 2-0!

This was followed by some great chances for the Eindhoveners, but they did not manage to capitalize. This kept Fortuna in the game. And after sloppy ball loss in midfield, the Fortunes even scored the tying goal. PSV continued to play well despite this setback. Mo played himself free for the umpteenth time and could play the substitute Jesper. He tapped the ball high over the goalkeeper after which Milan got in front of his man and headed in the 3-1. After this there were some more big chances for PSV, but they did not result in a goal either. Fortuna got more ball possession and saw space to play the striker. The fast striker tapped the ball past goalkeeper Rick: 3-2. The game remained exciting and in the last ten minutes Milan set Jasper free in front of the goalie, but he unfortunately shot just over. Fortuna pushed for the equalizer, but thanks to a good rescue by Rick, PSV won the game. The three points stayed in Eindhoven. On to the next game!
