PSV started the match unconcentrated. A mistake in the first minute in PSV's defense was immediately punished by Wilhelmina, 0-1. PSV then took control and put Wilhelmina under pressure. However, no chances were created. From the 18th to the 23rd minute the goals followed each other in quick succession. In the 18th minute a free kick by Wilhelmina from the left outside the penalty area was shot high into the goal, 0-2. From the kickoff, Quinn immediately scored the tying goal, 1-2. One minute later it was equal. Quinn pushed forward well and fired in, 2-2. Wilhelmina, however, was not going to give up easily. A ball behind the PSV defense was shot in by Wilhelmina, 2-3. This was also the score at halftime.

PSV wanted to put things right right at the beginning of the second half. A shot from the penalty area by Jochem went high into the goal, 3-3. A few minutes later, PSV took the lead. After a nice through ball, Quinn cut out a Wilhelmina defender and shot the 4-3. In the 40th minute Mathijs started a solo action, he bypassed some players and shot in, 5-3. One minute later, a quick attack was shot in by Quinn, 6-3. In the 49th minute, Beslan went through well and shot the ball over the goalkeeper, 7-3. One minute later, it was Beslan again. His shot was turned away by the goalkeeper, however, the rebound was shot in by Dennis, 8-3. In the 55th minute Lars gave a nice cross to Thijs. His cross was shot in by Quinn, 9-3.
