In view of next Sunday's 9 : 9 tournament at FC Eindhoven, the match against s.v. Fortuna Wormerveer was on the program today. Fortuna is a large amateur club that has a partnership with Ajax.

PSV started the match well and quickly took the lead through two goals by Yorbe Vertessen. The three nil stayed out as the crossbar got in the way. Fortuna then got into the game and equalized through goals by Sietse den Haring and Jaden Seca.
After the equalizer, it was PSV's turn again. Beslan Sagov scored from a corner kick by Jochem van Dijk. Two minutes later it was another hit by Yorbe Vertessen who put in his hat trick from a cross from Beslan.

After the first half break, PSV again immediately looked to attack but was sloppy in crosses and finishing. Fortuna was sharper in this phase and that resulted in two more goals from Sietse den Haring. This also secured Sietse his hat-trick.

In the third part of this match there was still plenty of fight from both sides but that did not result in any opportunities. In the third part no more goals were scored. So we are not satisfied with the result and the play. We can and must do better next weekend at the tournament at FC Eindhoven.
